 Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for our items via Royal Mail(EMS). Generally it takes about 10-15 days to deliver after the post office ships out the packages. 

1. Please confirm your shipping address before paying for it. Please leave your correct phone number and a valid, most frequently used email address for us to contact you if there is anything wrong with your order.

Any wrong information in your shipping address will lead to unsuccessful delivery. Then your package will be returned. We will make refund for you or resend out you package, but you have to pay extra shipping cost.

 

2. Generally we will process your order and ship out your order in 24 hours. Orders on Friday night and Saturday will be processed on Sunday. We will send you a confirmation email when processing your order and we will send you the tracking number in 24 hours after shipment. If you need to change any information in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after you place an order. Once your order has been shipped out, it is unable to change the shipping information. Besides, you should be responsible for wrong information that causes the unsuccessful delivery, such as pay for the shipping cost when refund occurs.

 

3. Delivery may be delayed if you didn't leave a correct shipping information in your order. It may also be delayed if you place an order in a logistics busy season such as Christmas or New Year's Day. If you want to place an order for a birthday or Christmas gift, you'd better place an order in advance.

Order Cancellation

We will be processing your order in 24 hours on weekdays after receiving your order. So cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched, that is within 24 hours. If we have shipped out your order, it cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand this key point. For more information, you can refer to our return policy.

 

Friendly Notice

• All estimated delivery time is derived from real world data collected from previous orders. It is approximate time for reference only. Delivery time depends on the shipping method, the destination country you are in and the Customs clearance.

• The delivery may take longer during public holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, the New year, etc. This is beyond our control. We recommend you place an order in advance if you buy the items for gifts. All service goes back to normal after each holiday.

• The status updating information on the carrier’s system may not be active immediately after the shipment. Please wait patiently and try again 2-3 days later.

•If the delivery time exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact your local post office by your tracking number and ask them where they have sent your packages to.

•Customer will be charged a little more than the price of the orders. The extra money is charged by the transaction system as the transaction fee when customers are paying overseas by credit card. It is not charged by us. It is normal. If you don't accept this, please do not place an order. Thanks for your understanding.
